Mindful yoga postures and stretches to help energy move and feel good in mind and body.
Easy but powerful breathing and meditation techniques that you can use every day and when you need them most to bring yourself back into balance.
Beautiful relaxations end the class to bring rest into the whole body and mind.
Join me for a grounding, dynamic Pilates practice.
