Yoga

If you have stress in your life, feel tired or stiff or feel that your mind is ‘taking you over’ or if you simply need some time for your own wellbeing, Yoga can help.

They are friendly and welcome beginners or the more experienced. After warming-up they have deeper stretches or yoga postures and finish with a short breathing practice or guided meditation and then a thoroughly relaxing relaxation!

Woolaston Memory Group.

Community wellbeing with stimulating activities including arts and crafts, quizzes, games, trips out, music and poetry.

The memory group also offer support to friends and families. They are a friendly welcoming group.

The cost is £2 per person which includes tea and cake.
